Neurodiveristy Workshops

One of the key pillars of my business is to unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent and impact hiring, retention and full lifecycle policy.  The benefits of investing in building a more inclusive and adjusted workplace for neurodivergent talent is huge and I am committed to changing the way we engage and retain neurodiverse individuals.

I have built a number of workshop sessions to build awareness, understanding and empathy for neurodivergent workforces.  I will work with you to train leaders, impact policy changes and drive tangible changes to your organisation.
